Welcome to kindtools. By using any tool listed on kindtools.co or any subdomain, you agree to these terms.

1. Using our tools

You may use our tools for any legal purpose. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through them. Don't use our tools to break the law, harm others, or redistribute content you don't own the rights to.

2. Accounts and payment

Some tools require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Subscription and one-time fees are charged as described on each tool's pricing page. We process payments through Lemon Squeezy and Mercado Pago depending on your region.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on new subscriptions and one-time purchases. Email us and we'll process it — no questions asked within that window.

4. Changes and shutdown

We may retire individual tools if they aren't useful. We'll give active subscribers at least 30 days notice and a pro-rated refund. We may also update these terms; we'll announce material changes on this page.

5. No warranty

Tools are provided "as is". We try hard to make them reliable, but we don't guarantee they'll fit every use case or be uninterrupted.
